Withdrawal notice

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anne Rautenberg-Siebers, trading as Anne Siebers / TONA arts, Feldstraße 173, 46485 Wesel, Germany, telephone: +49 151 44366373, email: mail@tona-arts.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://account.tonatools.com, accessible through the withdrawal button in our shop’s footer (“Vertrag widerrufen”). If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example by email) without delay, including the contents of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us (Anne Rautenberg-Siebers / TONA arts, Feldstraße 173, 46485 Wesel, Germany) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
